- Crank arm with side overhangOptions for wall thicknesses of 10, 12, 15, 20, or 25 cm allow for seamless integration into fireplace or wall structures. The wall thickness corresponds to the actual wall thickness; the crank protrudes an additional 6–7 cm above the wall for comfortable operation.
- Cooking gridsA grill grate with easy height adjustment via a crank mechanism. Choose between three grill grate options: griddle plates, V-shape, or a combination of both. The grill grates are segmented and removable, allowing for particularly easy cleaning.
- Fire basket optionalCan be added to extend the heat source. The fire basket is added to the overall length of the grill.

- Front crank with extensionThe crank is equipped with an extension at the front. The bracket is at the same height as the grill, and the wheel protrudes about 5-7 cm above it.
- Crank arm with side overhangOptions for wall thicknesses of 10, 12, 15, or 20 cm allow for seamless integration into fireplace or wall structures. The wall thickness corresponds to the actual wall thickness; the crank protrudes an additional 6–7 cm above the wall for comfortable operation.
- Cooking gridsThree versions are available: Made entirely of griddle plates. With a pure V-profile design. A combination of griddle plates and V-profiles, offering versatility in cooking. The grill grates are removable, and most are segmented, allowing for particularly easy cleaning.
- Separate grilling zonesThe grilling surfaces are divided in a 1:2 ratio. The distance between the two grill grates allows for the creation of different heat zones, perfect for simultaneously preparing foods with varying cooking requirements. The grill grates are further subdivided into smaller sections that can be easily removed for easier cleaning and maintenance.
- Optional fire basketDelivers intense heat, ideal for traditional asado barbecues or catering applications. The fire basket is centrally located and can be removed at any time to ensure maximum flexibility and adaptation to different grilling requirements.

Our handcrafted asado grills combine tradition, functionality, and modern design. Made from high-quality A2 stainless steel, they offer durability, rust resistance, and first-class grilling results. Three designs are available: Standard Grill (Single), Double Grill (Gapless), and Double Grill (Gapless) – each model has been specially developed to meet your individual needs.

Material
All grills are made of 100% A2 stainless steel, known for its corrosion resistance and weather resistance. This makes them ideal for use as outdoor grills in gardens, on patios, or in restaurants.
Versatile grill grates
Made from 4 mm thick stainless steel sheet for the grill plates and 1.5 mm thick stainless steel sheet for the V-grates, they offer robustness and easy cleaning. A fire basket made of 3 mm thick stainless steel sheet can be added as an option.
Stable construction
The base frame is made of robust 40/40/2 square tubing, while the grill frame is made of 20/20/2 mm square tubing to ensure a secure support for the grill grates.
Adjustable crank mechanism
The grill grate height adjustment can be mounted at the front, on the side, or on the side with an overhang, at the front, or at the front with an extension, to allow for optimal adaptation to your grilling environment. The wheel of the side crank protrudes approximately 6–7 cm beyond the frame, and the wheel of the front crank protrudes approximately 11 cm beyond the frame.
